Led the development of a new earplug concept using Ecovative mycelium foam, exploring material processing, forming methods, and custom tooling. Designed and engineered tools to evaluate manufacturing approaches, while leading the project from proposal through development and client collaboration. The work helped establish a viable process for producing the product.
